::sigh::
Rushed update :\ School is pretty much crazy, I am in my (kind of) last year, so everything is crazy hectic, I wish I could update more often.

I probably won't wind up publishing this--who knows, we'll see...I would like to publish something early next year, a short story or something and then work my way up to getting something bigger published. SO I'm going to leave this comic as experimental, I don't really have the time to put SO much effort into it, I give people a lot of credit who can put updates out every other day, it's hectic!! So I hope that you guys will stick around, I will definitely make this worth your while. :D Thanks so much guys, you are the best, I couldn't ask for better readers!!!! LOOOVE. :D

Hm, and I've also been doing some short comics based on my craaaaazy dreams over at my blog--

http://gingercurls.wordpress.com

Anyways, I started a forum but I won't really do much with it until we delve further into the story. :)

Thank you so much everyone, I can't thank you enough for all the support!!! I love you allllllllllllllllll! :)

edit: also I will be adding an affiliate within a few minutes so check them out! :D

If anyone else is interested in affiliating, let me know :) I'd be happy to!

hm, is this similar to Nana? In the previous version before you started over, similar things happened from that book. I'm probably wrong though, ^_^

I've read some of Nana before, but I don't believe any of my story corresponds to Nana at all--if anything-- just that it involves musicians.

I get this a lot, and I've been tweaking my style--but even before, the old version is on dA, it really was never anything like Nana. Hmm. :\

I just read the cast page, and I'm in love with her music interests! Moody Blues are amazing :)

AHH! That's awesome, and that makes YOU awesome because I ADORE the Moody Blues, love, love, love--I got to see them in concert--so that's so neat!! Us fans are few and far between!

I think what counts is to keep moving artistically, and not to worry too much about getting published. Publishers rarely pick up comics "as is", but they will notice you if you're good and let you develop your properties under their guidance (at least that's the experience I made).

The only other way would probably be building a dedicated fanbase that would support your comics in print... and again, judging from my experience that's highly unlikely. Obviously I'm not saying that because I think you're not good enough, but because I've never met one single person around webcomic sites who would be willing to invest money... and personally, I think one of the good things about webcomics is that money is not an issue. I don't expect my fans to support me financially, for now I simply need their feedback and emotional support. And that's what the internet is really good for.

That's in no way meant as discouragement... because I very much encourage you to pursue your artistic goals.

of course I totally understand--that's really what feeds me is the response and support of the other artists here :) I don't expect to get much done in the sense of publishing--especially since I am so far below getting much done ^^;;;

I think it's really hard for comic artists to expect their fans to support them financially, most of them are kids-- I definitely understand and I think I'm going to hold off on publishing anything and just do an experimental type of thing just so I can get some experience. :)
